Job Description:
As an Unreal Engine Technical Artist, you will be a pivotal member of our team, bridging the gap between art and technology. Your role involves utilizing Unreal Engine to its fullest potential, creating visually stunning and technically advanced assets and environments for our gaming and film projects. You'll collaborate with artists and developers to ensure that our artistic vision is realized with optimal performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Artistry in Unreal Engine: Develop and implement advanced shaders, visual effects, and environmental dynamics using Unreal Engine.
  • Optimization and Problem Solving: Ensure that artistic assets are optimized for performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with artists and developers to translate artistic concepts into technically feasible elements.
  • AI Integration: Employ Evertide.ai's AI tools for innovative art and design solutions in gaming and film.
  • Research and Development: Continuously explore new techniques in Unreal Engine and AI to enhance the visual and interactive quality of our projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in Unreal Engine.
  • Proficiency in shader programming, particle effects, and environmental dynamics within Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, especially those from Evertide.ai, and their application in gaming and film.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on performance optimization.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
