Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Operations Manager to join our team. The Client Success Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving business analytics, generating insights, managing strategic projects, and overseeing sales reporting processes. This position requires proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint at an expert level, along with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct business analytics to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for sales strategy.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards and metrics to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Manage and drive strategic projects related to sales operations and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to the executive leader to optimize performance and achieve targets.
  • Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance overall sales operations efficiency.
  • Prepare executive / board presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) required.
  • Multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is a plus.


This role is ideally based in Allen, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia.  Remote work within the United States will also be considered for exceptional candidates.
