Position Overview: Our client is seeking Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team, focusing on promotional products. The primary role involves building and nurturing relationships with retailers and distributors within a designated territory. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in selling branded merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence within your assigned area.
  2. Act as a brand ambassador for our client at national trade shows and events.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and distributors to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Provide comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, offering insights for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven sales experience, especially in selling branded merchandise.
  2. Track record of exceeding sales targets and effective sales management.
  3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  5. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Benefits: Join our client's team and enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $75,000 with additional commissions. OTE Year one is expected to be 95 -100k.
