Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of application CI/CD pipelines and architecture in conjunction with incorporating DevSecOps best practices.
  • Identify the needs for building automation, designing, and implementing CI/CD solutions.
  • Streamline communication pathways with non-technical and business-oriented team members.
  • Champion and advance the integration of security within the DevOps process (DevSecOps).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of solid development experience in Java, .NET, or similar development platform ecosystems is required.
  • Proven track record of adopting and implementing DevSecOps best practices in collaboration with clients.
  • Able to effectively communicate with business users, including senior management level team members.
  • Able to interpret business requirements and effectively communicate them to the technical team.
  • Experience with building complex and distributed systems.
  • Experience with building CI/CD automation for large scale, distributed systems.
  • Previous IT Consulting experience in architecting and developing successful solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for clear interactions within project teams and conflict resolution.
