Associate Account Executive

This role is an inside sales role. You will support our sales efforts directed at onboarding and educating whole life advisors. The Associate Account Executive role is focused on onboarding new advisors, driving new business with existing advisors, and serving as our point of contact for advisors and their teams. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional advisor experience through product demos, product communication, and prioritizing and triaging advisor needs.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and activate new advisors and their teams to our Advisor Portal

  • Cultivate an ongoing professional relationship with proactive outreach to advisors during key moments including onboarding and advisor activation

  • Provide advisors and their team with prompt and complete answers to their questions

  • Serve as a resource to advisors to understand how the Inclined iLOC works for their clients and their process

  • Support our Key Account Executive and CRO with administrative follow up to clients

  • Represent the voice of the customer and fuel the feedback loop to inform our sales processes, our product roadmap and help shape Inclined to better serve our customers

  • Proactively reach out to advisors with new product offerings and new platform upgrades

  • Work closely with marketing to proactively educate and introduce features to advisors who would most benefit from them

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related company or tech company sales/success role

  • Former experience or exposure in financial services: banking, financial services, FinTech and/or life insurance

  • Demonstrate competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience 

  • Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in and learning new CRMs 

  • Preferred experience with Hubspot 

  • Proficient with Slack or similar team platforms

  • Proficient in Google Suite

Location

If you are located in Denver this will be a hybrid role based in our Downtown Denver, CO office. We are also open to a remote employee based anywhere in the US.
