Feed Sales Representative

Star Blends is a pioneering force in animal nutrition dedicated to supporting farmers through our customized feed solutions. As a Feed Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and fostering support for our farming customers and enhancing our market presence.
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
Drive Sales and Support Customers
- Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base
- Provide expert support and solutions to maximize client success and drive continuous engagement
- Collaborate on sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM and lead promotional efforts for branded products
Expand Market Reach
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects to expand our footprint in the Midwest
- Implement marketing strategies to guide prospects through the sales process
Collaborate for Success
- Build strong partnerships with independent consultants to enhance service delivery and resolve challenges
- Conduct on-farm visits to ensure services are tailored to client needs
Industry Engagement
- Engage with the broader agriculture community through networking and participation in industry events
What You Bring To The Table:
- At least five years experience in agricultural sales, preferably in the dairy sector
- A proven achiever in sales with a talent for exceeding targets
- A relationship-builder who excels in connecting with farmers and industry stakeholders
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong capacity to operate independently
- An excellent communicator poised for both customer engagement and team collaboration
- Willing and able to travel within the Midwest to meet with clients and attend events
Territory: Marshfield, WI - Madison, WI - Chippewa Falls, WI
