What you’ll do:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive the company's revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in outside sales management, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of outside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business development, market penetration, and customer acquisition
- Managing all bidding and large customer accounts
- Identify new opportunities for growth by prospecting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members and provide ongoing training support as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Proven experience in outside sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team towards achieving common goals
