Major Functions:

  • Represent and sell MDI's, Souto, W Lee Flowers and Import Mex full line of products and services to accounts.


Accountabilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for budgeted customer sales, gross profit, and accounts receivable within respective territory.
  • Actively pursue new business. Have prospect list with local account targets.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all products and offerings
  • Assist with implementing planograms and working new items to the shelf.
  • Provide information and education regarding our order systems, delivery schedules, and technology.
  • Address customer complaints and problems.
  • Inform prospects and customers of sales promotions.
  • Identify and close gaps in commodities from competition.
  • Maintain competitive awareness.
  • Participate in trade shows.
  • Works with accounting to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • The incumbent should possess the level of expertise acquired from 1-3 years of multicultural sales experience or related experience, possess excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, have a professional attitude and appearance, a high degree of self-motivation, live near or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta GA area, have a high school diploma or GED.
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual or appropriate languages required.
