YOUR IMPACT

This part-time position works on an as-needed basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your goal is to respond to behavioral health emergencies within 60 minutes of getting a call and work seamlessly with your mobile response team to ensure comprehensive support for people going through crises. With an uplifting and caring demeanor, you build a rapport with clients and help them work through their crises. You relate to their experiences, make them feel heard, and provide resources to adequately meet their needs.

You collaborate with your team to ensure a total spectrum of care and to develop effective action plans. By maintaining documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance, you help ensure we can continue to serve those who need us


ARE YOU THE PRN CRISIS INTERVENTION SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 21+ years old
  • Recovery Support Specialist certification or ability to obtain one within one year of hire
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Residence in St. Clair County, IL
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with professionals from other organizations and disciplines to deliver comprehensive, respectful services
  • Organizational skills, time management skills, and communication skills

Mobile crisis response experience would be beneficial.
