We will train you until you are ready to be promoted to Inspector Service Specialist and manage your own route. Meet with customers throughout the day while inspecting/servicing various homes. No exterminating experience needed

 

This position is best suited for people who enjoy working outdoors and meeting various customers throughout the day.

What your job duties will be: 

 

  • Build relationships with customers 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an Inspector Service Specialist, using excellent time management skills
  • Complete daily appointments, maintain accurate and legible work orders
  • Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of residential and commercial properties (interior, exterior, attics, and crawl spaces)
  • Problem solve customer accounts for current and future needs
  • Focus on consistent customer communication
  • Utilize, secure, and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels, and government and company guidelines
  • Attend internal classes for customer service, quality of service, compliance, and self-development
  • Keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle
  • Other duties assigned

 

Working Environment:

 

  • Safely access attics, crawl spaces, confined spaces, etc. 
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
