Tenderheart Health Outcomes Is currently seeking a Senior Utilization Operational lead (This is NOT a remote position)
  • Description:
    Provide leadership and direction for essential day-to-day site operations.
  • Identify and create opportunities to improve site operations
  • Ensure office needs and coordination are administered, and deadlines met timely
  • Responsible for the staff meeting or exceeding productivity goals
  • Report daily and as needed updates to Utilization Manager
  • Maintain licensure, insurance and office expectations as needed for renewals
  • Coordinate monthly employee engagement activities
  • Maintain monthly case load to make outbound calls or accept inbound calls from patients, service coordinators to determine monthly service needs.
  • Talks with patients by phone to determine monthly service needs and amounts.
  • Resolve or forward to designated departments, complaints concerning service rendered, and service failures.
  • Participates in traditional and e-learning programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.

Experience:
  • Medical office or Healthcare experience (1 year) REQUIRED
  • Utilization review: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CNA, Medical Assistant, Medical Tech (Preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience (Preferred)

Office hours – 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
