We are currently in search of a Senior Operations Utilization Manager to lead our daily site operations effectively. This position requires a strong presence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and oversee essential daily operations at the site.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance site efficiency.
  • Coordination: Ensure that office requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Productivity Management: Drive the team to meet or exceed productivity benchmarks.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Utilization Manager as needed.
  • Compliance: Maintain necessary licensure, insurance, and office standards for renewals.
  • Engagement Activities: Organize monthly activities to boost employee engagement.
  • Case Management: Manage a monthly caseload, including making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to assess service needs.
  • Patient Interaction: Communicate with patients to evaluate their monthly service requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address or escalate service-related complaints to the appropriate departments.
  • Training Participation: Engage in both traditional and e-learning training programs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across various departments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
  • Utilization Review: 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Certifications: CNA, Medical Assistant, or Medical Technician experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position.

Compensation:

Starting salary is $22.00 per hour, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.
