Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Refugee Cash Assistance Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of support for refugees in our community. Your days will be filled with identifying strengths, navigating roadblocks, and ensuring these awesome individuals get the resources they need to thrive.

What You’ll Be Up To:

- Determining initial and ongoing eligibility for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA).

- Collaborating with partner Refugee agencies to enroll new refugees and connect them with vital resources.

- Providing personalized case management, developing employability plans, and coordinating services like education and training.

What You Bring to the Table:

- An Associate degree and at least two years of relevant experience (or a combo of education and experience that rocks).

- Financial and Employment Planner (FEP) certification, or a willingness to obtain it (we’ll support you every step of the way).
