Treasury Management Client Services Analyst

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Treasury Management Client Services Analyst is a client-facing position that provides exceptional service and attention to CB&S Bank clients who utilize or expect to utilize Treasury Management services specifically. The Analyst also provides assistance to Bank partners who have an interest in those clients. The Analyst is tasked with coordinating with the Treasury Management Sales team and other Bank partners to onboard new TM clients; implement, modify, or delete TM services and pricing; and provide clients with training on those services. The Analyst is also tasked with providing clients ongoing TM-related operational support and assistance via phone or email. The Analyst is expected to comply with all Bank policies and procedures, retain client interaction records, provide reports and other information to management, and to identify issues impairing client experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard new Treasury Management clients.
- Coordinate implementation, modification, or termination of Treasury Management services with all Bank partners as necessary to ensure excellent client experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries or concerns via email or telephone related to Treasury Management services and pricing.
- Gather necessary information and engage various Bank partners to document and resolve client issues.
- Maintain telephone call records and document client interaction for future reference.
- Provide clients with ongoing Treasury Management operational support including user verification and access, problem resolution, account information and training.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Refer Treasury Management sales and pricing related questions from clients or prospects to Treasury Management Sales.
- Refer non-Treasury Management related inquiries to appropriate Bank department for handling and resolution.
- Participate in special projects or perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/business related degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in retail banking or client-facing bank support role.
- Experience in bank operations with Treasury Management product and service knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use various computer software packages.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and bank partners.
- Demonstrates proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties and to client experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
