Maryhurst Renewal continues this tradition as it partners with children, adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support, ultimately clearing barriers to success at home, at school, and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one, group and family counseling, as well as case management and behavioral modification support, in office, home or school-based settings.
The Clinical Director ensures that the Euphrasia clients and their families receive appropriate, effective therapeutic intervention through group, family, and individual therapies. The Clinical Director ensures appropriate and effective assessment of client placement and treatment needs, supervising the course of treatment for each client and monitoring the comprehensive approach to the treatment process. The Clinical Director oversees the compliance of the clinical and case management programs with all regulatory agencies and organizations' standards of care. The Clinical Director actively participates in developing therapeutic services that meet the specialized needs of our clients. Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and efficiency of the clinical and case management services. Provides on-call support.

Must have a Master's degree from an accredited university accredited by an accrediting body of the Council on Higher Education Accreditation in a Human Service field. Independently licensed and appropriately credentialed to provide clinical supervision (e.g. LCSW, LPC, and LMFT). A minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred. An understanding of the basic adolescent process and family systems; an ability to supervise those providing treatment and care to special needs youth; strong management capabilities; program development and evaluative skills. Ability to assess staff strengths and weaknesses, and effectively problem solve. Strong direct service clinical skills. A basic competency in computer applications. A valid driver's license.
