What We Need You to Do:


Technical Writing:

  • Develop clear, concise, and persuasive technical content for proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather and articulate complex technical information in a comprehensive and easily understandable manner.

Proposal Development:

  • Contribute to the overall proposal development process, from initial concept to final submission.
  • Collaborate with proposal managers, capture leads, and technical teams to ensure that proposals meet the highest standards of quality and responsiveness.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, technical requirements, and industry trends.
  • Analyze proposal requests and related documents to develop a comprehensive understanding of project specifications.

Content Editing and Review:

  • Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and enhance proposal sections for clarity and impact.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that proposals align with established standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with proposal managers to address feedback and make necessary revisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various teams, including business development, technical teams, and subject matter experts, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
Requirements:

What We Need you to Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful proposal contributions.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, healthcare IT, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize technical information effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free proposals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the IT or healthcare industry.
