Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of developers to design, develop, and maintain START on ServiceNow's products and platforms.
  • Conduct proofs of concept to evaluate the technical feasibility of new application capabilities.
  • Develop estimates, manage schedules, and communicate with partners for new features and releases.
  • Develop training plans and approaches to increase the software engineering capabilities of the team.
  • Develop and maintain coding best practices as part of an integrated agile team.
  • Create code review standards and direct the team in developing unit tests.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues reported from production.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Secret or above

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Top Secret/SCI
  • 11+ years of experience in software development
