CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

ProService is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our content strategy, serving as a crucial architect in attracting, engaging, and retaining both prospects and clients. In this role, you will build out the content strategy that will drive ProService thought-leadership and implement the orchestration of an editorial content marketing calendar. You'll align with quarterly content themes, while upholding our brand's integrity and consistency across all channels and assets. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strategic Thinking: Craft and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy and quarterly editorial calendar that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all platforms for Hawaii-based business owners.
  • Content Production: Understand and navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content (multi-format/multi-channel), ensuring optimal utilization of resources, developing repeatable processes and maximizing output. Manage copywriting freelancers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance analytics, providing actionable insights and refining the content strategy accordingly.
  • Social Media Mastery: Deepen our brand's presence and engagement across all relevant social media platforms; remain updated with the latest trends, ensuring our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all content and communication channels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments (e.g. sales, service, account management) to ensure content strategy aligns with overall company goals and customer needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing,
  • Ideally based in Hawaii but also open to someone located in the West Coast time zone of the US Mainland.
  • Experience doing Content Marketing across multiple brands
  • Organizational experience developing and executing against a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with limited resources.
  • A clear and generous passion for storytelling, a deep grasp of digital marketing, and an innate ability to drive brand narratives

  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee content marketing campaigns from conception to completion. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing compelling marketing content for various channels and audiences.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and alignment to determine and achieve organizational priorities.
  • Experience working with Canva, Hubspot, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and PEO services is preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
