This position consist in the repairs and maintains plastic molding equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems, electrical devices and production machines and equipment.
  • Installs and removes injection molds in injection molding machines.
  • Installs and removes auxiliary equipment necessary for the injection mold machine
  • Sets and adjusts injection molding machine to set-up parameters.
  • Troubleshoots and corrects injection molding machine operations.
  • Diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems with equipment.
  • Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation.
  •  Ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
  • Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
  • Load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
  • Completes checklists as required.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance on injection molding machines.

Work Schedule
Monday- Friday
8hr shift

Compensation:
$25/hr. to $28/hr.
