Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Advise on risk management practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze risk indicators and trends to anticipate and address emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management practices into organizational processes.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk training and workshops to educate employees on risk awareness and mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend risk transfer solutions, such as insurance or outsourcing.
  • Support incident response and recovery planning to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CRISC, CERA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in risk management or a similar consulting role.
