Position Description:

This position is not for the faint-hearted but for those who thrive in a competitive environment and seek unlimited growth opportunities. It involves marketing personal lines insurance products through various channels, including account rounding, agency-provided leads, networking, self-generated leads, and cold calling. The successful candidate will be an initiative-taker who thrives in an independent and competitive working environment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products offered
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients
  • Develop referral connections through networking, connections, cold calling, etc.
  • Ensure sales quotas, compliance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Update contacts and sales information through our supplied CRM

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Account Management, Client Management, and Sales
  • Must be able to travel within selected sales territory

Experience and Additional Competencies:

  • Ability to effectively manage workflow and pipeline
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Two years of independent insurance experience a plus
