Job Title

Onshore SCM Techno-Functional SME/ Oracle Apps R12 Warehouse Management, Order Management, shipping and Inventory Tehno-functional consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

o 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 WMS implementations and support.

o Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 WMS, including functional setups, configurations, and integrations.

o Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL development.

o Experience with end-to-end AMS projects and relating KPIs (SLA etc.)

o Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT Management, and technical teams.

o Certifications in Oracle R12 WMS or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong expertise in Functional and Technical aspects of the Oracle WMS in Oracle EBS 12.2.x - Oracle WMS along with good understanding of business process cycles such as Source to Contract, Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship, and Shipment Transportation

Strong expertise in Functional and Technical aspects of the following SCM modules in Oracle EBS 12.2.x - O2C Cycle, P2P Cycle, Oracle Inventory

10+ years of experience and deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Support, Maintenance & Enhancements

  1. Configuration of Oracle R12 WMS modules, including facility setups, order types, pick release rules, WMS picking and putaway rules, LPN (License Plate Number) management, and item setups.

  2. Well versed with Oracle MSCA screens and customization, both technically and functionally.

  3. Address functional issues promptly and provide effective resolutions.

  4. Implement and optimize Oracle R12 WMS integrations with other systems.

  5. Experience with Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.

  6. Develop, maintain, and enhance custom solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.

  7. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency.

  8. Trouble shooting data corruption issues and work with product vendor for data fix and permanent fix.

  9. Analyze existing warehouse processes and recommend improvements.

  10. Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle R12 WMS utilization.

  11. Conduct training sessions to educate juniors on Oracle R12 WMS functionality.

  12. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

  13. Document functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.
