Safe Chain Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support all aspects of operations and logistics in our busy warehouse in Cambridge, MD. The hours will be 9AM to 6PM M-F.

 

A day in the life:

  • Maintain day to day delivery receipt including processing of orders, entering receipts into ERP system, and packaging shipments
  • Ensure accuracy in product selection and processing of orders.
  • Use shipping software to process orders
  • Maintain day to day outbound shipments with picking and packing to SCS standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Assist in maintenance and organization of inventory

What success look like in a candidate:

  • Strong work ethic- show up on time and ready to work
  • Attention to detail. We deal with complex and heavily regulated products so you must ensure accuracy
  • Ability to switch priorities and tasks quickly. Each day brings new and exciting challenges, be ready to accept the challenge
  • Have a great attitude- we enjoy what we do and we hope you will too.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background screen
  • Very little experience is necessary- having the right attitude and work ethic are enough, we can teach you the specifics

 

This is an entry level position but offers exciting challenges and room for growth in a growing industry.
