We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing product strategies that align with our company's vision. You will oversee our CRM and Marketing Automation offerings. You are responsible for leading product development from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development
    • Develop and articulate compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation, through development, to launch, and post-launch analysis.
    • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • Customer Focus
    • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback.
    • Integrate customer feedback into product development processes to ensure products meet market needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.
    • Define and track key product metrics to understand success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
    • Advocate for product needs and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentorship and Team Development
    • Mentor junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably within startups and / or SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Technology and SMB customers
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with offshore development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • This position is primarily remote but applicants must be able to work ET hours (9:30am - 5pm ET)
  • Currently based in the U.S. with permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
