Job Description- Assist cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation
- Inspect work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean including store room, refrigerators, freezers, service areas and dining rooms
- Clean equipment, refrigerators, counter tops, and other food preparation and storage areas
- Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, clean and sanitize tables and service areas
- Set up dining room tables
- Keep service line supplied with dishes, utensils, and food during services times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
