Preferred Candidates will have:
  • Proven outside sales experience in sales- 5 years or more.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer-service focus.
  • Experience in Multifamily housing sales or appliance sales
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Appliance, HVAC Parts, or related experience.
Job Duties Include:
  • Identifying and researching potential customers and markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Conducting regular customer visits and providing exceptional customer service to address their needs.
  • Analyzing company provided sales data to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participating in industry events to expand network and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Traveling and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Maximizing time and resources to cover the territory effectively.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and other performance metrics set by the company.
  • Relaying customer feedback to the company to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
  • Working to convert leads and prospects into paying customers.
  • Completing paperwork, sales reports, and expense reports in a timely manner.
