- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

## Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales. Staffing sales experience desired
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in account management and business development strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
