WHAT WE PROVIDE:

This is a year-round position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX.  It features an hourly rate starting at $15, 401k with matching and a minimum average of 30 hours per week offered and expected on a year-round basis with flexible scheduling.  We also offer FREE uniforms, Weekly Pay, nationwide FREE park access and parking for yourself and a guest, annual complimentary park tickets for friends and family, 40% off of food and merchandise, access to exclusive employee only events and more


 


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As our HR Employee Events & Communications Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our employee events, making sure each is coordinated and every moment is recorded and shared.


 


HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Capturing Magic: Take photos and videos of events, awards ceremonies, and other special moments.
  • Documenting Fun: Create engaging videos to highlight our events and activities throughout the year.
  • Social Media Guru: Post updates and upcoming events on our marquees and various social media platforms.
  • Team Communication: Keep in touch with team members via text and phone to coordinate events, activities, and other announcements.
  • Flyer Creator: Design and distribute eye-catching flyers for events and announcements.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing HR-related events to ensure smooth operation

 


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Creative and Enthusiastic: You have a passion for capturing and sharing exciting moments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with social media platforms, photo/video editing software, and design tools.
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: Works well with others and enjoys being part of a fun and dynamic team.
  • Flexible: Able to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet. Open availability and willing to work some holidays, weekends, and late evenings.

  • May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
  • Reports to HR Leadership
