Job Description

Title: Field Technical Support

Location: Hinesville, GA 31313 US (Onsite)

Duration: 24 Month’s Contract

Pay Range $15.00 to $19.50/hr

We are looking for a “Field Technical Spt Cons I” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:




  • \t
  • Replace Consumables, as needed, at each Device location and ensure that adequate Consumables are available at the Customer Site
    \t
  • Clear paper jams; Change out Maintenance Kits
    \t
  • Assist Customer with an overview of the Device functionality
    \t
  • Report any occurrences of Customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate Delivery Management Service resource
    \t
  • Assist in the collection of usage pages for Devices when required; Upload Device Usage to DCC From Webjet Reports
    \t
  • Provide initial troubleshooting for Device problems or perform spare Device replacements
    \t
  • Perform maintenance on Devices as directed by the appropriate Delivery Management Service resource
    \t
  • Provide end-user training as defined in the Agreement
    \t
  • Utilize web-based software to manage the Fleet which may include proactive monitoring through Webjet admin, updating site maps provided after the Discovery and Design Assessment
    \t
  • Track usage/activities at the Customer Site(s)
    \t
  • Manage utilization of On-Site spare Device inventory when required
    \t
  • Manage Printer moves, Should be able to lift 50 Ibs.
