Contract Duration: 24 Months

Compensation: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated "Field Technical Support Consultant" to join our esteemed client, a Fortune 500 company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Replace consumables at each device location and ensure sufficient supplies are available at the customer site.
  • Resolve paper jams and change maintenance kits as necessary.
  • Provide customers with an overview of device functionalities.
  • Report any instances of customer dissatisfaction to the relevant management team.
  • Assist in collecting usage data for devices and upload reports as required.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting for device issues or facilitate spare device replacements.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on devices as instructed by management.
  • Deliver end-user training as outlined in service agreements.
  • Utilize web-based tools for fleet management, including proactive monitoring and updating site maps.
  • Track usage and activities at customer locations.
  • Manage on-site spare device inventory as needed.
  • Coordinate printer relocations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.



Interview Process:

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.
