Position Overview

Role: Field Technical Support Consultant

Location: Hinesville, GA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Compensation: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated "Field Technical Support Consultant" to join our esteemed client, a leader in the Fortune 500 sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of necessary consumables at customer locations and replace them as required.
  • Resolve paper jams and perform maintenance kit replacements.
  • Provide customers with an overview of device functionalities.
  • Report any customer dissatisfaction to the relevant service management personnel.
  • Assist in collecting device usage data and upload it as needed.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting for device issues or manage spare device replacements.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks on devices as instructed by service management.
  • Deliver end-user training as specified in the service agreement.
  • Utilize web-based tools for fleet management, including proactive monitoring and updating site maps.
  • Monitor and track activities at customer sites.
  • Manage on-site spare device inventory as necessary.
  • Facilitate printer relocations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.



Interview Process:

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.
