Contract Duration: 24 Months
Compensation: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated "Field Technical Support Consultant" to join our esteemed client, a leader in the Fortune 500 sector.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of necessary consumables at customer locations and replace them as required.
- Resolve paper jams and perform maintenance kit replacements.
- Provide customers with an overview of device functionalities.
- Report any customer dissatisfaction to the relevant service management personnel.
- Assist in collecting device usage data and upload it as needed.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting for device issues or manage spare device replacements.
- Carry out maintenance tasks on devices as instructed by service management.
- Deliver end-user training as specified in the service agreement.
- Utilize web-based tools for fleet management, including proactive monitoring and updating site maps.
- Monitor and track activities at customer sites.
- Manage on-site spare device inventory as necessary.
- Facilitate printer relocations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Interview Process:
Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.
