We are seeking a dedicated "Field Technical Support Specialist" to join our esteemed client, a Fortune 500 company. This role is essential for ensuring optimal device performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the replacement of consumables at each device location, ensuring sufficient stock is maintained at the customer site.
  • Address paper jams and replace maintenance kits as necessary.
  • Provide customers with a comprehensive overview of device functionalities.
  • Report any instances of customer dissatisfaction to the relevant management personnel.
  • Assist in gathering usage data for devices and upload this information as required.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting for device issues or facilitate the replacement of devices when needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on devices as instructed by management.
  • Deliver end-user training as outlined in service agreements.
  • Utilize web-based tools for fleet management, including proactive monitoring and updating site maps.
  • Track and document usage and activities at customer locations.
  • Oversee the management of on-site spare device inventory as necessary.
  • Facilitate printer relocations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Interview Process:
Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.
