Qualifications you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA preferred
  • Certification or Experience in Supply Chain or Vendor Management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience including leadership experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience in organizing, building and directing a team managing vendors including oversight of issue and dispute resolution
  • Experience in driving change and facilitating collaboration across an organization
  • Proven Communication Skills
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and set the strategic direction for the Vendor Management Office in alignment with strategic and operational direction of the organization and business goals and objectives
  • Develop organizational design and functional roles for the Vendor Management Office
  • Develop training materials and a strategy development framework for business owners to ensure the effective development of execution plans and metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Procurement to develop standards for vendor selection.
  • Oversee the Delegation Oversight Committee and regulatory compliance regarding vendor engagements
  • Serve as a leadership-level point of contact for vendors working with business owners across the organizations
  • Manage the collection, consolidation and reporting on vendor performance data, creating a comprehensive profile of each vendor against contract success and customer experience metrics and goals
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting.
