Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare business development management position, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related behavioral health area, or equivalent four plus years of work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the behavioral healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to our mission of providing high-quality, accessible, and compassionate care to individuals and families facing mental health challenges.
