Overview:
The client is looking for a Project Manager to join our Information Security team and manage existing and new strategic information security projects. This team tackles complex, organization-wide security problems that require high-level of expertise, widespread support, and multi-year execution plans. In this role, you will work with global and cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and drive full lifecycle security projects. The ideal candidate will draw upon exemplary project management capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for creating security solutions. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multiple simultaneous short and long-term project plans to drive security excellence across multiple security domains
Manage projects from start to finish following Agile methodology to deliver value to our business units
Define the scope, deliverables, and timeline
Develop and maintain project documentation
Coordinate projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with internal customers
Monitor, manage and regularly report project progress, scope changes and key risks; Provide cross-functional visibility into status, resourcing needs, granular requirements, dates, and escalations for assigned projects
Communicate effectively within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information
Effectively manage risks, project dependencies, and conflicts
Provide hands-on day-to-day problem-solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities
Significantly contribute to creating and maintaining project management processes and best practices
Ensure project closure, handover and lessons learned processes are established and implemented
- Develop change management plans and communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of technical, information security project management experience
Understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements
Experience managing projects across functional teams, building processes and coordinating deployment schedules
Experience with large enterprise environments
Ability to effectively coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in cybersecurity detection, response, mitigation, or compliance
Security certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISA)
Project Management certifications (i.e. PMP)
Expertise in Atlassian suite of applications (Jira, Confluence)

Projects:
Typical PM position, between Project and Program Manager. InfoSec organization.
This isn't a development PM role.
Need a PM who can run with InfoSec, implementation of tools, processes, risk assessment, dealing with a threat, etc.
This is a hybrid approach to a Product Operating Model
Typically managing several projects at once

Required Skills:
Need someone comfortable with Agile
Jira
Looking for a very strong PM skills, managing projects,

Preferred Skills:
Infosec experience and certifications are a big preference
