The Director, Cybersecurity Trust Services will lead a team who will protect the organization's digital assets, data, and systems from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.  This role will be responsible for providing expertise, inputs, and oversight to cybersecurity teams engaged in ongoing trust services activities such as user provisioning, directory services, authentication, authorization, encryption and secrets management, and aviation cybersecurity activities.

What you'll do
-Establish and execute the Cybersecurity Trust Services function strategy, program directives, policy development, and policy enforcement
-Install, integrate, configure, and deploy Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management
-Evaluate Directory Services operational activities and solution designs to ensure they achieve stable, supportable outcomes
-Secure business applications and computing environments across public, private or hybrid cloud infrastructures
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology infrastructure, security, compliance, and business units to drive Trust Services objectives
-Manage Cybersecurity Trust Services vendor relationships against SLAs, expectations, and contractual terms
-Monitor and analyze system logs and reports to proactively identify and address any security issues or anomalies
-Deliver cryptographic and key management solutions, and manage and operate secure cryptographic platforms
-Ensure Trust Services function solutions are meeting security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing KPI metrics.
-Ensure Aviation Cyber protection platforms are built, maintained, and operated according to requirements
 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

-Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training; Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred.
-7 years of progressive leadership experience, including experience leading other technical managers and team members
-Proven experience in cybersecurity, with 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management related activities
-Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
-Experience working in highly-regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, transportation, or government preferred
-Experience with supporting the development of regulatory cyber standards for aviation preferred.
-Deep understanding of identity and access management, privileged access management, secrets management, directory services, and encryption management operations.
-Experience in developing identity management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
-Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices, including familiarity with directory services, single sign-on, authentication, and federation services and tools
-Proven ability to develop and implement strategies for identity, access, and security management.
-Commitment to remain current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory changes.
-Experience with cloud-based federated identity and access management solutions, such as OAuth, SAML, as well as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and privileged access management (PAM) solutions, with the ability to integrate and manage these solutions across multiple on-premise and cloud platforms.
-Network and encryption experience, including virtual private networks (VPNs), IPsec, SSL/TLS, LDAP and public key infrastructure (PKI).
-Demonstrated experience in managing IAM systems and technologies.
-In-depth knowledge of relevant cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) and regulations (e.g., TSA Cyber Amendment, HIPAA, GDPR).
-Experience in aviation cybersecurity regulations, aircraft architecture principles, embedded system security and software supply chain protections.
