LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintain professional relationships with customers providing product knowledge and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes and product information
* Troubleshoot any product related issues
* Maintain and update customer records and sales activity reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3-5+ years in sales and/or construction
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Proficient in MS Office, experience with Great Plains a plus
