Job Summary:
Reporting to the Quality Director and joining a team of four people, you participate in the design and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the implementation and compliance of policies and procedures accordingly. You are in charge of the coordination of operational licenses and certifications. Your role is also to promote and spread the quality culture within company to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, maintenance, and document management of the Group's QMS.
  • Identify areas for improvement to bring the QMS to life and align it with the company's needs and practices.
  • Monitor the compliance of our processes with the QMS and the management of quality incidents and CAPAs: detect, investigate, report and manage incident-related problems.
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are defined and implemented in collaboration with managers.
  • Participate in internal audits to identify areas for improvement and follow up action plans with the appropriate managers.
  • Participate in external audits of customers and health authorities to ensure their satisfaction and companies compliance.
  • Participate in supplier audits in the context of supplier qualification that have an impact on the Group's QMS and Good Clinical Practices.
  • Coordinate responses to customer forms and questionnaires during calls for tender, qualification and requalification processes.
  • Coordination and follow-up of the licensing process.
  • Management of the documents and application to obtain and maintain the license.

Job Requirements:

  • With a 5-year post-graduate degree in quality management or biomedical engineering, you a have a first experience administering a QMS or similar system preferably for a quality function.
  • Proficiency in computing systems.
  • You have the ability to work well in teams and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Our Quality department is based in our Headquarters in France, you are attracted by the international scope and would like to join an innovative and fast-growing company.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills enable you to analyze perceived quality issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • You combine rigor, analysis and synthesis skills with a proactive and analytical approach which help you overcome challenges and continuously improve perceived quality with the agility to respond to a constantly changing environment.
