Responsibilities Include:
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for the Chief of Staff.
- Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office space, including ordering supplies, managing filing systems, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff to support overall team success.
Qualifications Include:
- Background in hospitality ideally Service oriented mindset
- Ideally 2-3 years experience
- Previous PA experience advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Must be able to pass background check with driving report
- Must have valid passport
- Must have valid driving license
- Empathetic personality
- Flexible and able to adapt in new situations
- Ability to travel frequently with short notice
- 24/7 & Hungry mentality is a MUST
