Responsibilities :
Spearhead the growth of companys Embedded Systems business in the USA.
Cultivate relationships with potential customers (OEMs & Tier-1) aligned with companys market applications and technological focus, converting leads into opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead qualification to securing design/project contracts.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Maintain accurate forecasts and deal statuses in the companys CRM system.
Strategize and expand the opportunity pipeline to meet business targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts within the business unit.
Support regional marketing events to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Foster partnerships with software and hardware vendors to enhance business channels.
Provide market insights to the engineering team for informed technology development and long-term business growth.
Ensure sales activities uphold business margins and profitability.

Requirements :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Established network and relationships with high-tech system companies specializing in complex embedded systems for Automotive, Industrial/IOT, and Aerospace sectors.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and internal discussions.
Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with customer engineering leaders and executives.

Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in engineering; MBA or MSEE preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of successful embedded sales experience with a focus on C-level engagement, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex sales cycles.
Overall, at least 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
