About the Job
We are seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Customer Service and Sales Representative position at Performance Windows. This role is a blend of customer service and sales, requiring the ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, assist current and potential customers, and follow up with leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from interested leads and current customers.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, return missed calls, and contact potential customers who met with sales reps but did not pursue the offer.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers by answering questions, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
- Collaborate with management to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with good voice modulation and listening abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with a courteous and pleasant demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly phone sales, with a successful track record.
- Ability to navigate computers and CRM systems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background/credit check and drug screen.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Rotating on-call weekends and occasional Saturday shifts for special events.
Application Process:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and credit check.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with rotating on-call weeknights and weekends.
- Occasional Saturday shifts for in-office work and special events.
Pay:
- $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities based on performance.
Work Location:
- In person at our office in Pleasant Grove, UT.
