Job Description:

Due to an increase in the volume of projects in the pipeline, we are looking to expand the field team and require a Construction Project Manager for the New Homes Division. The successful candidate will have a meticulous approach to their work and be trusted to maintain a clean, organized and beautiful home environment so that clients can visit at any given time.

You will be responsible for managing multiple high-end builds simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction management, preferably in custom homes, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire construction process for multiple custom homes from start to finish.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients and keeping them informed throughout the project.
  • Implement and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in high-end custom/luxury residential building practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering homes to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability/willingness to learn company software systems (e.g., Co-Construct).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective subcontractor relations.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Effective communicator, skilled in the use of customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
