KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the full pre-construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through permitting.
  • Meets with architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitates design and permitting, acts as the point of contact to the architects, municipal agencies, and utility companies on behalf of the client (STIIIZY operators, expansion & licensing department)
  • Performs site measurements and produces as-built drawings.
  • Site surveys and due diligence.
  • Creates design documents and coordinates security and licensing diagrams.
  • Coordinates design drawings for owner furnished equipment and furniture.
  • Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in ACAD.
  • Microsoft Programs to include Word, Excel, Planner, Projects, and Teams.
  • Adobe & Blue Beam.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, ADA, and architectural standards.
  • Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
