Senior business partners are seasoned professionals skilled in conflict resolution, change management, and coaching.Work Experience:8 years’ HR experience in roles of progressive and varied responsibility3 years’ experience in a generalist role preferred
Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR management or related field

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

SPHR or PHR preferred
