Position Overview: As the Director of Sales, you will lead our retail sales team spanning multiple states. We are looking for a motivated leader with a proven track record in driving sales, managing high-performing teams, and aligning business practices with our core values. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position, based in Cedar Falls, IA, will require frequent travel to our retail locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Area Sales Leader Team overseeing multiple retail locations across multiple states.
  • Operate with a high level of accountability to ensure organizational growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute training and development strategies for the sales and leadership team.
  • Analyze growth opportunities and effectively manage acquisitions and new store openings.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership within the retail or wireless industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and drive organizational results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (not required but is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with wireless technology trends and products.
