Unsere Vakanz als Partner Account Manager (m/w/d) – Innendienst ist in Hannover (List) oder Berlin (Ku’Damm) zu besetzen
Deine Aufgaben- Du betreust und unterstützt unsere Vertriebspartner im Innendienst.
- Du baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf und pflegst diese.
- Du stellst eine exzellente Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung sicher.
- Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Schulungen und Webinaren für unsere Partner.
- Du koordinierst und führst Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen durch.
- Du arbeitest mit dem Außendienst zusammen, um gemeinsame Vertriebsziele zu erreichen.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Account Management.
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten.
- Du denkst kundenorientiert und hast eine hohe Servicebereitschaft.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
