About the role
As a Director of Market Development Executives, you will lead a team responsible for selling Insight’s Microsoft Enterprise services to clients across various industries. We will count on you to work closely with the Microsoft Services Leadership to build and execute client growth strategies for new and existing services clients. Along the way, you will get to:
- Lead and mentor a team of MDEs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Accountable for team revenue achievement.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers at client and Partner organizations.
- Lead definition of account growth strategies in partnership with MDEs, Account Executives, & Services delivery.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, or presales, preferably in Microsoft Enterprise or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain executive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
