Call Center Customer Service Representative
Onsite : Columbus OH
Pay Rate : $19.17
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding Client's Cash Management products and services
- Provide support for Client's Online (client website) and Mobile app
- Address general account and financial-related questions
- Consistently meet key department performance metrics
- Deliver World-Class Service in all client interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in multitasking and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to group success
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial services and products (preferred)
- Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
