Key Responsibilities

  • As the IT Lead - CPQ, you will own the development and execution of Irwin’s strategy and vision for CPQ within the enterprise
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Infor CPQ, Infor Design Studio and Infor OS.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ principles and how they integrate with other enterprise systems
  • Proficiency in product modeling, dynamic pricing, and quoting functionalities
  • The role will involve working on complex configurations, integrating CPQ with other systems such as CRM or ERP, and ensuring seamless functionality across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions
  • Translate pricing requirements into technical specs and lead solution design
  • Develop product configuration models and pricing rules within Infor CPQ
  • Provide technical expertise and best practices for market specific CPQ implementations
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any configuration or integration issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining the intended use of CPQ for internal users
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills



Preferred/Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CPQ development and administration, ideally extensive experience with Infor CPQ
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex CPQ implementation projects from concept to delivery
  • Experience and understanding of the industrial manufacturing business model.
