Job Description of the Store Manager:

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our enchanting bespoke goddess crowns, hair accessories and jewelry creations to life and fostering a magical shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

Requirements of the Store Manager:

  • Previous experience in retail management or sales, and a passion for our brand and its values is essential.
  • Have the ability to make customers and team members feel seen, valued, and empowered.
  • Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Share our passion for jewelry and accessories, embodying the magic of fashion trends and timeless elegance.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
